You Will Be Found from Dear Evan Hansen

EVAN:
Have you ever felt like nobody was there
Have you felt forgotten in the middle of nowhere
Have you ever felt like you could disappear
Like you could fall and no one would hear

Well, let that lonely feeling wash away
Maybe there's a reason to believe you'll be okay
Cause when you don't feel strong enough to stand
You can reach, reach out your hand

And oh, someone will come running
And I know they'll take you home

Even when the dark comes crashing through
When you need a friend to carry you
And when you're broken on the ground
You will be found

So let the sun come streaming in
Cause you'll reach up and you'll rise again
Lift your head and look around
You will be found
You will be found
You will be found
You will be found
You will be found

ALANA: (spoken)
Have you seen this?
Someone put a video of your speech online.

EVAN: (spoken)
My speech?

ALANA (spoken)
People started sharing it I guess
And now, I mean Connor is everywhere.

JARED: (spoken)
Your speech is everywhere
This morning, The Connor Project page it only had fifty-six people following it.

EVAN: (spoken)
Well, how many does it have now?

JARED: (spoken)
Four thousand five hundred eighty two
CYNTHIA (Spoken):
Sixteen thousand two hundred and thirty nine

EVAN: (spoken)
I don't understand?
What happened?

CYNTHIA: (spoken)
You did!

ALANA:
There's a place where we don't have to feel unknown
And every time that you call out
You're a little less alone

JARED:
If you only say the word
From across the silence
Your voice is heard

COMPANY:
Even when the dark comes crashing through
When you need a friend to carry you
When you're broken on the ground
You will be found

So let the sun come streaming in
Cause you'll reach up and you'll rise again
If you only look around
You will be found
You will be found
You will be found
You will be found
You will be found

Out of the shadows
The morning is breaking
And all is new
All is new

It's feeling awfully empty
And suddenly I see
That all is new
All is new

You are not alone
You are not alone
You are not alone
You are not alone

You are not alone
You are not alone
You are not
You are not alone

ZOE:
Even when the dark comes crashing through
When you need someone to carry you
When you're broken on the ground

COMPANY:
You will be found
So let the sun come streaming in
Cause you'll reach up and you'll rise again
If you only look around
You will be found

Even when the dark comes crashing through
You will be found
When you need someone to carry you
You will be found
You will be found

The Waiting by Jamie Grace

What will it look like?

What will it be like?
When my world turns out like you planned.
When will I get there? Feels like I'm nowhere.
My dreams are like dust in my hair.
But I, I know.
That this is the waiting.

I anxiously wait.
'Cause I hold on to love that will never let go.
And in these times that my patience is tested,
Won't you remind me that I'm not home?
Here in the waiting.

The waiting. The waiting.
All of the questions, secret confessions,

Lord, You'll make sense of it all.
And I know it's hard,
So I'm letting go of these thoughts that are taking control.
That this is the waiting.

I anxiously wait.
I hold on to love that will never let go.
And in these times when my patience is tested,
Won't you remind me that I'm not alone?
Here in the waiting. The waiting. The waiting.
Oh, and I, I know. I, I, know. This is the waiting.
Oo, the waiting.
And in these times that my patience is tested,

You are the love that will never let go.
Here in the waiting.
The waiting.
So I'll be here waiting, waiting, waiting,

Believing You'll never let go

Same Song, Second Book

So I thought I would be publishing The Kingdom of Fire and Ice the end of this summer. But I'm not...
And I've been here before. It's not fun, especially because it's for pretty much the same reason. I'm personally not ready and neither is my writing.
But I choose to seek God. I hold Jeremiah 29: 11-13 close. I choose to trust He knows what He's doing. I want to move forward. I choose to wait.
Lord, help me trust You more. In all of this, let me rest in You.
